北京市人口老龄化及对社会保障支出的影响

Ageing of Population in Beijing Municipality and the Effect Thereof Caused to Social Security Expenditure

北京市人口老龄化形势日益严峻,北京市老年人口的高龄化、空巢化和庞大的老年人口基数和发展速度使北京市的社会保障体系面临很大压力。就北京市人口老龄化程度对社会保障支出的定量关系分析做了探索,对北京市未来社会保障支出比重作了预测。对北京市人口老龄化特点和社会保障问题提出了建议。

The situation of the aged people is becoming more serious in Beijing. The character of the aged people is advanced age and lonely. The basement of the aged people is huge, the growing speed is fast. All of these lead to great pressure to the system of the social assurance. This paper does some quantitative analysis to find the relation between the portion of the aged people and the expenditure of the social assurance. In the end, it predicts the change of the social assurance and gives some advises to the government.
