冬瓜山铜矿极细粒级全尾砂高浓度连续放砂实践 被引量:9

摘要 冬瓜山铜矿是一个复杂型难采的现代化矿山,其矿体赋存于地下千米左右,采用充填法回采。因尾砂粒级很细,若采用分级尾砂充填,尾砂缺口太大,不能满足二步骤回采的需要,同时选矿排出的极细粒级全尾砂中含硫较高,对井下温度、充填体强度影响很大。因此实现高浓度、连续全尾砂充填、保证合格的充填质量,是冬瓜山铜矿达产达标的关键。通过对立式砂仓进行了一系列重要的改进,研制了全尾砂高浓度连续制备设备,在工业试验和生产中效果良好,完全能够满足生产需要,解决了冬瓜山铜矿实际生产中的技术难题。 Dongguashan copper mine is a complicated modernization underground mine, there are many difficulties in exploitation of deposits. The orebody is covered under about l 000 meters deep ground and filling mining method is used. Because the particle size of full tailings is very exiguous, classified tailings filling can not meet the needs of backmining. The content of sulphur is so high that can affect the temperature and strength of backfill in underground mine. So the key of meet production needs are high concentration and consecutive full tailings filling to ensure the backfill quality. A series of ameliorations about vertical sand tank have been actualized, and consecutive equipment of full tailing is studied and its effect is well in the industry examination and production practice, it can entirely meet the needs of consecutive production and resolve technique difficulties of Dongguashan copper mine.
