三刺针法配合推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合征72例

The Curative Effect Observation of Tri-prick Techniques of Needling Combined with Massage on Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome,A Report of 72 Cases

目的:观察三刺针法配合推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择第三腰椎横突综合征患者102例,随机分为治疗组72例和对照组30例。治疗组采用三刺针法配合推拿治疗;对照组采用常规针刺法。每日1次,10次为1个疗程,疗程结束观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈49例,好转21例,无效2例,总有效率97.22%;对照组治愈8例,好转17例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:三刺针法配合推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著,优于常规针刺法。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tri-prick Techniques of Needling combined with massage on third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Method： 102 cases suffered from third lumbar transverse process syndrome were divided into two groups, the treatment gxoup were treated by Tri-prick Techniques of N treatment group and the control group. 72 cases in the eedling and massage, and 30 cases in the control group were treated only by general acupuncture, once a day, and ten days were one treatment course. Then the curative effect was observed. Result： In the treatment group 49 cases were excellent, 21 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.22%. In the control group 8 cases were excellent, 17 cases were ef- fective,and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.33%. The difference of cure rate between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the difference of total effective rate between the two groups was signifi- cant, too （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Tri-prick Techniques of Needling combined with massage on third lumbar transverse process syndrome is notable, and better than that of general acupuncture.
