痰清颗粒止咳化痰平喘作用的实验研究

Empirical Study of Granule Tan-qing on Relieving Cough and Reducing Sputum to Relieve Asthma

目的:对痰清颗粒的止咳化痰、平喘作用进行动物实验研究。方法:采用浓氨水喷雾法,小鼠气管酚红分泌试验,喷雾致喘法造模,给予痰清颗粒观察其止咳化痰、平喘作用。结果:痰清颗粒可明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,明显减少咳嗽次数,同时,增加小鼠气道酚红分泌量,对2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组胺混合液诱发的哮喘模型显示出显著的平喘效果。结论:痰清颗粒具有良好的止咳化痰平喘作用。

Objective： To do animal experiments of Granule Tan-qing on relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma. Methods： Through the experiments such as spraying to build up the asthma model, spraying strong aqua to cause asthma, and mouse trachea secreting phenol red, Granule Tan-qing was given and then the effects of relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma were observed. Results： Granule Tan-qing could prolong mouse＇ s cough incubation, reduce cough frequencies. At the same time it could increase mouse＇ s trachea secreting phenol red, and showed notable effect of relieving asthma on the asthma model made by mixed liquor of 2% Acecolex and 0. 1% Histamine. Conclusions： Granule Tan-qing has good effect of relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma, and is worthy of generalizing in clinic.
