摘要
针对F—2200HL钻井泵在油田工业性试验中暴露出易损件使用寿命不稳定的问题,为进一步改进设计,对该型钻井泵进行了1309h的厂内模拟油田工况台架运转试验,主要是对泵柱塞盘根、活塞缸套、阀总成、密封件等进行多方案的可靠性试验。结果表明,研制的缸套活塞结构可以用于52MPa以上工作压力的往复泵;双金属缸套活塞组成的密封副是最佳密封结构,陶瓷缸套耐磨性很好,但其组成的密封副结构并非最佳密封结构;泵阀胶皮损坏导致阀体、阀座刺漏是泵阀总成失效的主要形式,提高阀胶皮质量是延长泵阀使用寿命的关键。
For the problem of unstable working life of easily-worn parts on F-2200HL drilling pump in the oilfield industrial test,the running test of the pump for 1309h under simulated oilfield condition is performed to improve its design. The test mainly aims at the plunger stuffing,piston cylinder liner,valve assembly and sealing parts with different schemes. The result shows that the developed cylinder liner-piston can be used in the reciprocating pump with working pressure over 52 MPa. The sealing pair made up of dual metal cylinder liner-piston is the optimal sealing structure. The ceramic cylinder liner has very good anti-wear quality,but the sealing pair made up of it is not the optimal one. The rubber damage of pump valve can result in the leakage of valve body and valve seat,which is the main form of pump valve assembly failure. Therefore,improving the rubber quality of valve is the key to extending the working life of pump valve.
