激光表面热处理技术在油管加工中的应用

摘要 为解决油田现场使用油管时出现的螺纹粘连问题,河南油田机械制造厂利用激光表面热处理技术对油管和接箍表面进行淬火处理。该技术在保证油管强度极限和屈服极限不变的条件下,既不改变油管螺纹的几何尺寸,又能将油管螺纹的表面硬度大幅度提高,从而提高油管的综合性能,解决了现场作业油管和接箍粘扣问题,延长了其使用寿命,为油田降低开采成本提供了新方法和新工艺。激光表面热处理技术在油管加工批量生产中的应用,使油管和接箍产品成为具有专有技术的拳头产品,给制造厂带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to solve the problem of thread gluing of the tubing,Henan Oilfield Machinery Manufacture Factory performs the quenching treatment of tubing and collar surfaces by means of laser surface thermal treatment. The technology does not change the geometric size of tubing thread,but can improve the surface hardness of tubing thread significantly under the condition of keeping tubing strength limit and yield strength limit unchangeable. Thus,the overall performance of tubing is improved,the thread gluing of tubing and collar is solved and the working life is enhanced,providing new method and new technique for reducing production cost. The application of laser surface thermal treatment in batch manufacturing of tubing makes tubing and collar become fist products with proprietary technology,bringing significant economic benefit and social benefit for the manufacturer.
