摘要
为了降低清蜡作业成本和充分利用井场伴生气,研制出一种双燃料清蜡车。该清蜡车采用全自动控制技术和燃油燃气处理技术,可实现燃料在燃油燃气之间的转换,也可实现油气混烧。现场使用表明,该清蜡车具有自动化程度高、运行安全可靠、蒸汽温度高、排量大、效率高等优点,每次降低作业成本30%以上,每台车每年可节约成本25万元以上。
A kind of dual fuel paraffin removal truck is developed to reduce paraffin removal cost and make full use of wellsite associated gas. By using full-automatic control technology and oil and gas treatment technology,the truck can realize the transformation of oil and gas and also realize the co-burning of oil and gas. The field application indicates that it features high automation degree,safe and reliable operation,high steam temperature,large displacement and high efficiency. The operating cost can be reduced by 30% or above each time,and each truck can save cost of over 250 thousands Yuan annually.
