摘要 为解决吉林油田浅层大位移及浅层阶梯水平井下套管困难的问题,研制了可循环式井口加压下套管装置。该装置主要由转换接头、配重总成、旋转总成、可循环密封总成、吊环、吊卡等组成,用该装置下套管时有以下2个主要特点:(1)可以在下套管过程中随时循环钻井液;(2)可以向套管柱施加80kN的下压力。通过2种途径的共同作用,可确保浅层大位移及浅层阶梯水平井顺利完成下套管作业。目前该装置已完成设计加工及地面试验。 To solve the problem of difficulty of running casing in the shallow-zone extended reach horizontal and shallow-zone terrace horizontal well in Jilin Oilfield,the circulating casing running device with pressure added at the wellhead is developed. It mainly consists of crossover joint,counterweight assembly,rotating assembly,circulating sealing assembly,hanging ring and hanger. It has two features: (1) the drilling fluid can be circulated at any time during running the casing; (2) the downward pressure of 80 kN can be added upon the casing string. The co-action of two ways will ensure the smooth accomplishment of running casing in shallow-zone extended reach horizontal well and shallow-zone terrace horizontal well. Currently the design,machining and field test of the device have be finished.
