摘要
针对ZJ40CZ (A) 4000m车装钻机传动系统存在的问题,研制了ZJ40CZ (B) 4000m车装钻机。该钻机采用T型并车箱加角传动方式,可降低成本,减少污染源,并且更换维修方便;采用的新型材料不仅可减轻整机质量,而且还能提高钻机强度;水基灭火星装置能彻底根除危险源,满足安全生产的需要。试验及应用结果表明,ZJ40CZ (B) 4000m车装钻机移运性能好,安装方便,钻机最大载荷为2250kN,抗风能力为满立根无载荷时110km/h,符合API和石油行业标准要求。
For solving the problem existing in the drive system of ZJ40CZ (A) 4000m truck-mounted drilling rig,the ZJ40CZ(B)4 000 m mounted-truck drilling rig is developed. Since it uses T type compounding angle transmission,the drilling rig can reduce cost and pollutants and can be maintained and replaced easily. The new material used can not only lighten the overall quality,but also increase the strength of drilling rig. The water-based spark-quenching device can eliminate the dangerous sources completely,meeting the demand of safe production. The experiment and application results show that the new rig has good transportation feature and convenient installation. The maximum load of the drilling rig is 2250kN,and the anti-wind ability is 110 km/h without any load besides setback filled,which accords with API standard and oil industry standard.
