摘要
针对目前滨南采油厂127mm(5英寸)小套管井无配套机械防砂充填工具的状况,研制了小直径循环充填防砂工具。小套管井井身存在显著的变径,在工具下入过程中,极易发生阻隔现象,因此设计了配套的弹簧片导入装置。小直径循环充填防砂工具采用胶筒密封,通过投球加压胀开胶筒,利用工具自锁装置防止胀开的胶筒回弹,施工结束后胶筒留井密封油套环空。尚林、单家寺油田6口井的现场应用情况表明,该工具施工成功率100%,平均充填压力1.5MPa,坐封开通道压力20.5MPa,验封压力7.6MPa,与设计指标相符。防砂后平均单井日产液19.2t,日产油6.3t,含水质量分数为67.2%,取得了较好的防砂效果。
Currently there is no related mechanical sand control packing tool for small casing well of 127 mm (5 in.) in Binnan Oil Production Plant,the small diameter circulating pack sand control tool is developed. Since the wellbore of small casing well has significant altered diameter,which makes isolation and blocking condition happen easily during running down the tool. Therefore,the related spring leaf introducing device is also designed for the smooth running in of packing tool. The tool uses packing element for sealing. The ball is thrown down the borehole to add pressure and inflate the packing element,and the self-locking device is used to prevent the back-contraction of the inflated packing element. The packing element is left in the borehole and seals the casing-tubing annulus. The tool features convenient operation and high sealing pressure. The field application shows that the operation success rate of the tool is 100% with average packing pressure of 1.5 MPa,setting pressure of 20.5 MPa and sealing examination pressure of 7.6 MPa,which accords with the designed data. After the sand control,the average daily fluid production rate of each well is 19.2 t,the daily oil production rate is 6.3 t,and the water cut quality fraction is 67.2%,which shows good sand control effect.
