海洋平台受力改善及能量耗散疲劳延寿方案 被引量:3

摘要 采用能量耗散及受力缓冲原理,对正在服役的海洋平台添加部分可更换的阻尼减振耗能装置,以减小平台所受的最大作用力,减少平台疲劳振动次数,从而有效延长平台剩余服役期限。为了减小冲击的影响,采用起缓冲作用的措施:①在平台构件的受外力端点处配置弹簧、放置橡皮垫圈;②添加阻尼器,直接改变构件结构。结果认为:受力改善及能量耗散思想可以应用于浅海平台的延寿;采用加大受力点阻尼,减小系统弹性系数,可明显减小系统受到不恒定力的最大值;阻尼耗能装置也可直接应用于平台的初期建造;在不改变传统设计的基础上,延长平台的设计年限。 The paper presents a new method for the extension of fatigue life of offshore platform based on energy dissipation and shock absorption. A damping apparatus is assembled around the pile leg and it is easy to be replaced. The damping apparatus can be used to depress the outside load. Another damping apparatus is installed on the brace. It is also easy to be replaced. And it can decreas e the force al ong the brace. From the S-N curve,the cycle number N is increased with the reduction of the stress range Δσ. According to the results of given examples,the apparatus is available for prolonging the platform’s life.
