基于相似理论的装备研制MPT分析系统研究与实现

RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT MPT ANALYSIS SYSTEM BASED ON SIMILARITY THEORY

针对装备研制阶段预测人力、人员及训练MPT(manpower,personnel and training)需求的问题,提出了基于相似理论及新系统、原系统、基准比较系统和建议系统的MPT需求分析思想,建立了由多级相似元组成的装备相似比较模型,并确定了MPT需求分析的过程和输入、输出。在上述分析的基础上,设计和开发了装备研制MPT需求分析系统(EDMPTRAS),主要包括系统总体设计、功能设计和数据库设计。最后,结合某自行火炮的研制过程进行了系统实现和应用,证明了系统的可用性和有效性。

For the requirements prediction of manpower, personnel and training （MPT） during the phase of equipment development, in the paper it proposes MPT requirement analysis concept based on similarity theory as wel（ as new system, old system, baseline comparison system and propose system. It sets up a model of equipment similarity comparison consisted of multilevel similarity units, and determines the processes, inputs and outputs of MPT requirement analysis. On the basis of these analyses, equipment development MPT requirement analysis system（EDMPTttAS） is designed and developed, including its overall structure design, functions design and databases design. Finally, the paper gives the implementation and application of EDMPTRAS with the combination of a certain self-artillery＇s development process, which has confirmed the system＇s availability and validity.
