基于.NET的政务联办系统设计

摘要 通过对政务联办件的实际工作流程的研究和分析,设计了一套实用的政务联办件系统,可以根据需要设定业务流程顺序,实现办件实时监督。阐述了联办件的概念及系统功能,通过分析Brower/Server构架和Client/Server构架的优缺点,提出了基于.NET的C/S构架的多层体系结构设计方案,并对C/S应用软件的ClickOnece部署新技术以及系统实现中用到的连接字符串加密、表示层、业务层、数据访问层的实现等关键技术进行了详细阐述。本系统的开发运行可以有效提高行政效率,防止税收流失。 A government association system is designed by analyzing the work flow of government association altair, with which the order of business flow can be set according to specific working needs and office work can be supervised. Firstly, the concept of government association affair and the function of the government association system are introduced. Secondly, an analysis is given concerning the main technical advantages and disadvantages between client-server and browser-server technology then a design project with multi-tier architecture is proposed, which based on. NET platform and Browser-Server models. Finally, the main technologies for the system are discussed such as ClickOnce deployment, encrypting connection strings, the implementation of presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. With this system the administrative efficiency is enhanced and the tax revenue drains is prevented.
