摘要
某些含马兜铃酸的中药会引起马兜铃酸肾病,这一现象已引起了人们的广泛关注。文章综述了含马兜铃酸的中药、马兜铃酸的毒性作用、马兜铃酸肾病发病机制及其原因。
Some traditional Chinese medicines （TCM） containing aristolochic acids （AA） will cause Aristolochic Acid Nephropathy （AAN）, and this phenomenon has being paid important attention. This paper reviewed TCMs containing aristolochic acids, the toxicity of aristolochic acids, the pathogenesis and reasons for aristolochic acid nephropathy.
