摘要 夏季低温冷害是中国低温灾害的主要类型之一,尤其在东北地区发生比较频繁,造成影响相当严重,基于此,笔者旨在为玉米低温冷害设计一个基于网络的远程诊断与管理的系统平台。通过对基于web的远程诊断管理系统关键技术的分析,在总结东北地区玉米低温冷害领域专家经验和知识的基础上,初步实现了一个基于web技术的玉米低温冷害远程诊断与管理系统。该系统采用J2EE技术规范和Java语言进行开发,并且与无线远程监测系统相结合,使之具有实时管理功能。用户可以通过访问该系统,实现玉米低温冷害主动和被动防御、低温冷害实时监控管理、专家知识浏览和系统维护等功能。该系统具有可靠性、易维护、易操作和普适性等性能,并可通过重建知识库和数据库,为更多种类作物气象灾害提供远程诊断及管理服务。 Chilling damage is one of the main types of China's low-temperature disasters which particularly happens in the northeast and causes very serious impact. Because of this, the author provides a web-based remote diagnosis and management system platform for maize chilling damage. Through investigating the key technologies of the remote diagnosis and management system, a web-based management system was presented on the basis of collecting and processing the experience and knowledge related to maize chilling damage in northeast China. For the computer program, this system was developed by J2EE and Java. Combined with analysis of the environmental data acquired from the wireless telemonitoring system setting up in the field, the real-time forecast of maize chilling damage may be made out just through the Internet. By logging in this system, users can get the following services: choosing active and passive countermeasures for reducing maize chilling damage, making real-time management, getting reference of experts' knowledge and executing system administration, etc. Besides reliability, easy maintenance and operation, the system also has wide applicability that could provide an universal system platform of remote diagnosis and management for more crops meteorological disasters by rebuilding the data-base and knowledge base.
