女子大学校园精神文化的育人功能及其构建策略

The Educational Function and Construction Strategies of Spiritual Culture in Women University Campus

女子大学校园精神文化具有育人功能,在培育女大学生成才的过程中发挥着重要的作用:成才导航、价值导向、规范约束、塑造人格。在新的形势下,女子大学应当把构建优良的校园精神文化作为校园文化建设的核心内容和根本立足点,从四个方面入手构建校园精神文化:弘扬"四自"精神、优化育人目标、培育优良校风、制订特色校训。

The spiritual culture in women university campus plays an important role in the students＇development as the guidance to acconplishment and value, moral regulation and personality creation. The construction of good spiritual culture is the core content and basic foothold in the mew situation, and should be built with four aspects--to dcvelop the spirit of＂four selfs＂, optimize the educating target, cultivate the school spirit and work out special school motto.
