摘要 目的建立辛夷挥发油成分气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)指纹图谱。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取辛夷挥发油,用GC—MS进行成分分析。色谱柱:HP-5MS(50m×0.20mm×0.33μm)石英毛细管柱;载气:99.9%氦气;载气流速:1.0ml/min;质谱扫描范围:30~550amu。结果建立了辛夷挥发油类化学成分GC—MS指纹图谱,标定了19个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论本法可为辛夷药材质量控制提供科学依据。 Objective: To establish the GC - MS fingerprint spectrum of essential oil in Magnolia biondii Pamp.. Method: Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation ( SD ) , the chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC - MS. The GC - MS conditions with HP - 5MS column (50m×0.20mm×0.33μm) was used, the hold air consisted of 99. 999% He, with gradient elution at flow rate 1.0ml/min and the mass spectrometry was set at 30 -550amu. Results: 19 common characteristic peaks are taken as fingerprint peaks the precision and retest are in accordance with requirement. Conclusion: This is the first time to adopt GC - MS to analysis the chemistry set of Magnolia biondii Pamp. volatile oil cent, provided science basis for further research development of Magnolia biondii Parnp..
