摘要
目的建立三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基键合硅胶为填充柱;检测波长:271nm;流动相:0.2mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液;柱温:35℃。结果此法可使三磷酸胞苷二钠与二磷酸胞苷二钠、一磷酸胞苷二钠得到非常好的分离。结论本法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the concentrations of sodiumcytidine triphosphate (CTP) in cytidine disodium triphosphate injection. Method: ODS C18 colunm was applied, detection wavelength was 271nm , the mobile phase was 0.2mol/L, the column temperature was 35℃. Results: To segregate sodiumcytidine triphosphate, sodium cytidine diphosphate and sodium cytidine monophosphate successfully. Conxlusion: This method is simple, fast and accurate and is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
