摘要
目的建立三黄清火片中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:YWG—C18(10μm,250×4.6mm),柱温:30℃;流动相:乙腈-0.025molL/L磷酸二氢钾-0.025mol·l^-1十二烷基硫酸钠(50:25:25);检测波长:347nm;流速:1.0ml·min^-1;进样量:20μl:外标法计算含量。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.2032—2.4372μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99,2%,RSD为1.14%,得线性回归方程为Y=67245X+27706(r=0.9990)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish the method of determining the content of barbering hydrochloride in Sanhuang Qinghuo capsules. Method: Use HPLC. The column was YWG- C18 (10μm, 250 ×4.6mm) , the column temperature was 30℃ ; the mobile phase was acetonitrile, the potassium dihydrogent phosphate was 0. 025mol/L, the sodium dodecyl sulfate was (50 : 25 : 25), the detection wavelength was 347nm; the velocity was 1. 0ml ·min^-1; the injection volume was 20μl. ReSUlts: The barbering hydrochloride has a good linear relationship from 0. 2032 to 2. 4372μg, ( r = 0. 9990) , the average recovery is 99. 2% , RSD is 1.14% , the regression equation is Y = 67245X + 27706 (r = 0. 9990). Conclusion: This method is simple , accurate,and has good reproducibility, therefore, it can be used as the method of determining the content of barbering hydrochloride.
