航天装备试验项目群资源计划方法研究

The Study of an Approach on Resource Plan in Space Equipment Test Project Cluster

在航天装备试验项目群中,由于各项目之间存在关联,编制资源计划比较复杂。因此在项目前期如何合理配置资源,拟制出恰当的资源计划,在项目实施过程中如何以科学的手段平衡资源成为解决项目群管理资源冲突的关键所在。提出了航天装备试验项目群资源计划编制方法,并介绍了资源平衡法的运用。

Because of the relationship among projects, to make a plan of resource becomes very complex in Space Equipment Test Project Cluster. Therefore, the key to solve the confliction of resource in Project Cluster Management is how allocates resource, how make a apt resource plan in prophase of project and how balancing resource with scientific way in the course of project execute phase. The purpose of this paper is to bring forward the method of how to make resource plan in Space Equipment Test Project Cluster, and introduce the method of resource balancing.
