摘要
通过对数控设备与传统设备的比较,提出了从工艺的角度根据各企业的设备现状、产品规模、零件结构形式与工人的技术水平来进行产品工艺设计,合理编制出每一个零件的工艺流程,使每个零件传统加工与数控加工工序合理衔接,最大限度地发挥现有数控加工设备与传统加工设备的使用率,使现存资源得以充分利用。
Through numerical control equipments and traditional equipment comparison, put forward from the Angle of enterprises based on the process of equipment status, product structure and scale, parts of workers to product technical level of process design, reasonable each parts, each process of nc machining parts processing and traditional process reasonable, maximize existing CNC processing equipment and traditional processing equipment, the utilization of existing resources to use.
