柴油机燃烧室几何形状对缸内气流运动影响的模拟研究

摘要 针对三种不同形状的柴油机燃烧室,利用AVL Fire软件对缸内气流运动进行模拟研究,分析了燃烧室几何形状对柴油机缸内气流运动的影响。研究表明,哑铃型燃烧室带有平底凸台和较小缩口率可以加强燃烧室内的涡流强度保持性,促进油气混合,活跃后期的扩散燃烧,对改善柴油机排放性能有利。 The air flow in three different geometrical combustion chambers of diesel engine were simulated using AVL Fire, and the influence of geometry shape of combustion chamber to the air flow in the cylinder was analyzed. The research shows that the dumbbell-shaped combustion chamber with a flat head heave and smaller necking--down rate will enhance the swirl intensity retention in combustion chamber, accelerate the mix of fuel and air and activate the diffusion combustion during the later period of combustion process, which will improve the emission performance of dieseI engine.
