摘要
在捞雷具液压缸设计中引入有限元分析的优化设计过程,完成了捞雷具液压缸结构的优化设计。阐述了基于有限元分析的优化模型建立,利用ANSYS软件完成了优化计算,得到了优化结果,并将该结果与理论计算结果进行了比较。分析结果显示,将基于有限元分析的优化技术应用于捞雷具液压缸的设计是一种有效的方法。优化后的结构特性与受力状况得到改善,设计出来的结构满足工程要求。
Optimal design based on finite element analysis was introduced into the hydraulic cylinder in half-burying-torpedo device design, and the optimal design was also finished. The optimal design model was built, and calculated using ANSYS. The result of optimal design was gained, and compared to the result of theoretical calculation. It was revealed that the application of optimal design process based on finite element analysis was useful in the hydraulic cylinder in half-burying-torpedo device design. The speciality and force status of the optimal structure were improved. And the engineering demands were well satisfied.
