摘要
介绍了一种机电式钢管自动测长系统的装置和测量原理,并根据影响测长精度的因素以及误差的性质和特点,分别从系统误差、随机误差、临界粗大误差等方面进行了分析,最后从工程实际应用的角度提出了解决或减小各种误差的方法。
A steel pipe automatic length measuring device as well as its measuring method was introduced and the main factors for influencing on the length measurement accuracy were analyzed in this paper. According to the various factors influencing, three different errors for example systematic error, random error and critical coarse error were analyzed. Finally, the useful methods of solving or reducing various errors were put forward for engineering realization.
