摘要
本文简述了水在天然气工业中的危害及三甘醇(TEG)脱水系统的工艺流程,针对海上气田含有大量CO2的实际情况,探讨了CO2腐蚀的机理、碳钢CO2腐蚀的形态、以及耐蚀材料的选择原则,从而对其TEG脱水系统的主要设备及管线进行了选材设计。
The harm of water in gas industry is stated, and the process flow of TEG dehydration system is briefly introduced in this paper. For abundant CO2 existing in the gas fields, CO2 corrosion mechanism, CO2 corrosion morphology of carbon steel and anti-corrosion material selection principle are discussed. Material selection for main facilityies and pipelines of TEG dehydration system is designed based on corrosion evaluation.
