摘要
《律师法》的修改对侦查机关产生了积极影响,但也形成挑战。公安刑事侦查机关要进一步增强证据意识,切实强化诉讼意识,进一步提高刑事侦查的科技含量,减少对口供的依赖。
The new lawyers act not only benefits but also puts challenge to investigative organi. So police investigation organization should build up evidence consciousness, consolidate lawsuit consciousness,enhance criminal investigative ability and depend less on affidavit.
