摘要
目的通过对医院各类岗位价值的评估,为薪酬设计提供客观、公平的依据,使各岗位的薪酬分配更具有公平性。方法采用海氏分析法,兼顾技术难度、风险大小等因素,选择了99个岗位作为本研究的模拟对象进行评估;在医院的各类人员中选择了20名在院工作时间长,对各岗位工作内容与基本的履职要求比较了解的员工作为调查对象。结果得出了99个岗位的价值评分,客观地反映了不同岗位之间的价值差异。结论海氏分析法可以比较不同职能部门的不同职务的相对价值,既排出了岗位价值大小的顺序,又表现出了岗位间价值的具体差异,有利于提高绩效分配的科学性和合理性,有利于提高职工对薪酬分配的满意度。
Objective By evaluating various positions in hospital, to provide an objective and equitable basis for the salary distribution system design to ensure the equitability of the system. Method Ninety-nine positions chosen as simulated objects were evaluated with Hay's analysis and based on their technical difficulty, risk and other elements. Twenty staff, who have worked in the hospital for a long time and sufficiently understand the contents and basic responsibilities of various positions were selected as investigation objects. Results Scores of the values of the 99 positions were obtained, which objectively reflect the value difference among the positions. Conclusion Hay's analysis can compare the relative values of various positions of different departments of the hospital, provide the order of the position value and indicate the concrete differences among these positions as well. This would help improve the scientific character and rationality and staff's satisfaction of the salary distribution system.
