摘要 直接空冷发电可节约水资源,保护环境,节省用地。空冷风机驱动电动机的选型一般选用全速电动机、双速电动机或变频电动机。采用变频器控制电动机,可以根据直接空冷机组的需要,调整冷却风机的转速,与选用全速电动机或双速电动机相比,能显著节约能源,还可为电动机提供过流、过压、接地、短路的保护功能,也为调整电动机的转向提供了方便。介绍了直接空冷机组变频调速系统的组成,阐述了应用变频器的节能原理,并以600MW直接空冷机组为例,说明了变频器应用于空冷机组的节能价值。 The direct dry-cooling power generation is practicable for water conservation, environment protection and land saving. The driven motors for air-cooling fans are generally classified into full speed, double speed and variable-frequency motors. Compared with the other two, the converter control motor was used to meet the needs of direct air-cooling power unit by regulating the fan speed, saving energy greatly, providing the protection of over current, over voltage, grounding and short circuit and facilitating the regulation of rotation direction. The frequency conversion and speed governing system for direct air-cooling power unit was introduced and the energy-saving theory of converters was illustrated. Taking 600 MW direct air-cooling power unit for instant, the energy-saving value of converters in air-cooling units was discussed.
