摘要 为满足电除尘器日益迫切的节能减排要求,针对电除尘器实际功率消耗远大于理论功率消耗的实际情况,采用电源脉冲供电技术可以提高电能利用率,进一步提高电除尘器除尘效率,大幅度降低电能消耗。徐塘发电有限公司针对6号炉电除尘器能耗高的现状,采用高低压合一的节能型脉冲电源供电装置对电除尘器电源及控制系统进行节能改造,在除尘效率略有提高的同时电场总电晕功率下降了76.74%。通过对300MW机组电除尘器电源控制柜改造前后参数比较,说明在保证除尘效率前提下仅改造电源柜来实现节能降耗是可行的,并据此提出电除尘器节能潜力不容忽视,应用脉冲电源供电技术将促使电除尘器运行从大功率、高能耗方式向节能、高效运行方式转变。 In order to save energy and reduce emission, the reason why ESP power consumption outclasses theoretic consumption was analyzed, and it was found that low energy utilization efficiency was the cause of the problem. A method of using pulse supply was brought forward to increase energy utilization efficiency, decrease emission and enhance economic performance of ESP. To solve the problem, a retrofit of ESP power supply and control system was brought into effect in Xutang Power Plant. The cabinet of new power supply and control including pulse power mode, high voltage component and low voltage component was integrated. The efficiency examination after the retrofit shows that total energy consumption decreases 76.74 percent than before, and ESP efficiency improves a little. Enormous potentialities of energy saving should not be neglected in daily management of ESP, it is feasible to carry out energy saving only by alternating and optimizing running mode of ESP, meanwhile, pulse supply technology will promote the change of ESP running mode from high-power to energysaving.
