摘要
随着我国电力市场改革进一步深化,市场经济不断发展,电力系统可靠性越来越受到关注,可靠性和经济性成为相互制约的2个方面。针对电力系统可靠性的发展及其面临的新问题和接受的挑战,如何采取相应措施来实现整体最优成为研究课题的关键。针对电力市场改革现状,探讨我国在电力市场环境下进行可靠性研究应该关注的问题,为进一步研究中国电力市场环境下的可靠性问题提供参考。
Along with deepening reform of electric power market and developing marketing economy continually, the electric power system reliability was paid more and more attention. It was restricted mutually between reliability and economy. Aiming at the development of the electric power system reliability, new issues and challenges, it was the key of the research topic that how to adopt applicable measures to realize integrated optimum. Through analyzing the current status of the electric power market reform and discussing the issues which should be paid attention when researching the reliability under the environment of the electric power market, it can provide reference for the research in the next step.
