摘要
针对固体火箭发动机地面点火试车试验的环境特点,在研究了以往固体火箭发动机噪声测试系统的基础上,提出了一种能够消除混响干扰的固体火箭发动机地面点火试车试验噪声测试方法。该方法中,利用多个声传感器组成均匀线列阵的凹槽特性来有效抑制由于试车环境所产生的各种混响干扰,使得测量到的信号能够真实、准确地反映固体火箭发动机试车过程中的噪声特性。通过对某型号发动机地面试车试验噪声的多次测量和时、频域分析,表明了该方法的有效性,对发动机的设计改进和地面试验降噪处理有一定的参考应用价值。
In view of the environment characteristic of solid rocket motor ground ignition test and the former noise test system foundation, a new noise testing method of solid rocket motor ground ignition test is proposed. In this method, sensor array is used to receive the sign and eliminate the reverberation disturbance, and the measured signals are analyzed in terms of amplitude spectrum. The valid result is gained by a mass of one solid rocket motor ground ignition test and data analysis. A valuable conclusion is obtained to improve the design of solid rocket motor and noise reduction method of the ground test.
