摘要
本文提出了气液填充柱色谱中溶质在气液二相间的分配和在气固,液固及气液界面间吸附作用的质量平衡模型,并推导出色谱流出曲线的一级矩和二、三级中心矩。这一结果在简化情况下能还原成气液固、气液和气固色谱流出曲线的统计矩表达式。此外,还进一步讨论了吸附作用对溶质保留值,理论塔片高度和峰拖尾程度的影响。
A mass balance model in packed column gas-liquid chromatography is established with the consideration of both solute partition between gas and liquid phase and solute adsorption on gas-solid, liquid-solid and gas-liquid interface. The first moment and the second, third central moments are derived, which can be reduced to more specific expressions by Giddings and Van Deemter in gas-liquid and gas-solid chromatography or gas-liquid-solid chromatography. Effects of adsorption on retention value, height equivalent to a theoretical plate and peak asymmetry are discussed.
