摘要
采用微热量法和温度扫描法研究FAE混合燃料的内相容性,选用微热量热仪器C80Ⅱ作为实验仪器,得到了混合燃料各单组分的热分解动力学参数,如初始分解温度、表观活化能等。实验结果表明,混合燃料具有良好的内相容性;混合燃料中烷烃A和敏化燃料B比较稳定,在60~300℃范围内不发生热分解,但分别在120℃和140℃时与空气发生反应;敏化剂C在150℃开始发生热分解,放热峰温为170.96℃。用Freeman—Carroll法对温度扫描试验的数据进行处理,结果也表明该混合燃料具有良好的内相容性。
The temperature scanning experiment and temperature keeping experiment performed on a microcalorimeter C80 Ⅱ were used to study the internal compatibility of the mixed fuel. Parameters such as the onset temperature, apparent activation energy and so on, have been obtained. The results of temperature keeping experiments indicate that: the mixed fuel has a good internal compatibility. The results of temperature scanning experiments indicate that alkyl hydrocarbon A and sensitive fuel B don't decompose from 60℃ to 300℃, but they separately react with air at 120℃ and 140℃; Sensitive substance C decomposes at 150℃, and the peak temperature is 170. 96℃. The Freeman-Carroll method is used to deal with the data of temperature scanning experiments, and the results of data processing also show that the mixed fuel has a good internal compatibility.
