氰戊菊酯对家兔体感诱发电位及脑组织血管内皮物质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究氰戊菊酯对家兔中枢神经系统功能的影响及其机制。方法将新西兰兔随机分为高、中、低3个染毒剂量组和1个对照组。于染毒前后进行新西兰兔体感诱发电位(SEP)及染毒后大脑组织血管内皮活性物质的测定。结果与染毒前及对照组比较,高剂量组染毒后SEP的N1、P1、N2波潜伏时及中剂量组的N2波潜伏时明显延长(P<0.01),同时其中高剂量染毒组、中剂量染毒组ET、AngⅡ较对照组显著增高、NO较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);低剂量染毒组AngⅡ较对照组显著增高、NO较对照组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论氰戊菊酯可致家兔中枢神经电生理的改变,这种改变可能与大脑组织中血管内皮物质的紊乱有一定关系。 Objective To explore the effects of fenvalerateon the somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) and the vascular endothelial active substances of brain in rabbits. Methods Newsland rabbits were divided into 3 fenvalerat poisoning groups ( the poisoning dose in high - dose group : 53.10 mg/kg ; middle - dose group : 26.55 rag/ kg, low - dose group :13. 28 mg/kg) and 1 control group. The SEP was measured in each group before and after poisoning and the concentrations of endothelin(ET) ,angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) and nitric oxide(NO) of the brain were measured in each group after poisoning. Results Compared with the control group, the potential periods of N1, P1, N2 in high -dose group and N2 in middle- dose group delayed significantly after poisoning(P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the control group, the concentrations of ET, Ang Ⅱ increased significantly and the concentrations of NO decreased significantly in high -dose groups and middle -dose groups after poisoning(P 〈0.01 ) ,while there existed a similar changes of Ang Ⅱ and NO in low - dose group. Conclusion Fenvalerae can harm the functions of central nervous system, which must be related to the disorders of vascular endothelial active substances in brain.
