摘要
跨入21世纪,随着住房改革的深入以及国家政策层面的支持,房地产开发投资逐年递增,同时给房地产广告带来了无限发展空间.在房地产广告高速发展的同时,也出现了很多突出的问题.通过总结房地产广告中的几点突出问题,提出了解决房地产广告中问题的具体策略.
When coming into the new century, with the deepening of housing reform and national policy level' s support, the investment in real estate development is increased year by year, and simultaneously it brings the infinite development opportunities to the real estate ads. With the rapid development of real estate ads, there have been many outstanding questions. A few problems in the real estate ads are summed up and some solutions to the problems in the real estate ads are proposed.
