摘要
指出震后如何迅速高效地搜救、诊治伤员,以减少人员伤亡是地震医疗应急救援面临的重要问题,在分析国内医疗应急救援现状的基础上,具体分析了震后医疗应急救援区划体系和医疗组织(机构)体系的层次、组成等问题,旨在提高震后救援效率。
Based upon the analysis of the present civil medical emergency aid, it points out how to search and aid quickly and efficiently after earthquake to reduce the injuring and death is an important issue facing medical earthquake emergency aid, and analyses the hierarchy and composition of medical earthquake emergency aid division system and medical organizing system, aiming to enhance the aid efficiency after earthquake.
