根据装饰设计、装饰施工及现场管理的经验,介绍了新房的接房程序及验房的常用工具,对验房的顺序进行了说明,重点论述了清水房和基础装修房的验收内容,得出了该商品房检验方法切实可行的结论。

According to the experiences of decorating design, construction and field management, the-accepting of new house and common tool during house checking were introduced, the house checking order was illustrated. The checking content of clean water house and basic finishing house were emphasis discussed. The conclusion that the commercial house checking method was feasible was obtained.
