The low-rent house policy is an important measure to solve the housing problem of the most low income crowd. The paper analyzes the background and characteristic of the lowest income people, then draw lessons from the successsful experience of the foreign low-rent house policy. By analyzing the low-rent houses current condition of Nanjing, giving some suggestible advice to better meet the needs of the lowest income people in Nanjing.
