基于施工项目成本控制的重要性,阐述了施工成本控制的含义,从施工准备阶段和施工实施期间就如何搞好施工项目成本控制进行了深入探讨,提出了施工项目成本控制的具体措施,从而达到降低工程成本,提高经济效益的目的。

Based upon introduction of the importance of cost control to construction projects and the definition of construction cost control, from two aspects： preparation stage and construction stage the question that how to do construction cost control well is discussed in depth; at the same time corresponding cost control measures are proposed in order to reduce engineering cost and increase economic benefits.
