摘要
本文研究了弱磁场条件下热处理工艺对Fe—Cr—Al铁磁型减振合金内耗值的影响。並对用电解腐蚀法显示出的Fe—Cr—Al合金铁素体晶粒尺寸对内耗值的影响进行了分析。晶粒尺寸随温度的增加而逐渐增大,1100℃退火的晶粒最大,内耗值最大。
In this paper, under the conditions of weak magnetic field, the effect of heat treatment process on the internal friction Q^(-1) of ferromagnetic damping Fe Cr Al alloys has been studied and analysed. The effect of the ferrite grain size of alloys, may be revealed by electro]ytic etching, on the internal friction Q^(-1) has been analysed. The grain size is increased progressively with increasing temperature. The alloy annealed at 1100℃ has maximum Q^(-1), maximum grain size.
