女贞子多糖超声提取工艺及抗氧化性的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过正交试验方法确定女贞子多糖超声提取优化条件,采用体外实验研究女贞子多糖对超氧阴离子(O2-·)和羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用.结果表明,女贞子多糖超声提取效果显著,其最佳提取条件为:提取温度为60℃,超声时间为30m in,料液比为1:40;女贞子多糖对羟自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子(O2-·)具有良好的清除作用,IC50分别为127.57μg·m L-1和147.12μg·m L-1. Orthogonal test were used to identity the optimal conditions of polysaccharide extraction from Ligustrum Lucidum Air, the in vitro scavenging activities of the polysaccharide on hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical were investigated in this study. The results showed that the effect of extraction was obvious under ultrasonic, the optimum extraction conditions were 60 ℃, 30 min, the solids-liquid ratio 1: 40, the polysaecharide from Ligustrum Lucidum Ait had strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical with IC50 of 127.57 μg·mL^-1 and 147.12 μg·mL^-1.
