不同强度跑台运动对增龄大鼠血清NO、NOS水平影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨不同强度跑台运动对老年机体血清NO、NOS水平的影响,以18月龄大鼠为研究对象,随机分为4组:大强度运动组、中等强度运动组、小强度运动组、增龄对照组,另设3月龄对照组.运动组的运动方式为跑台运动,共训练6周,观察增龄和不同强度跑台运动对大鼠血清NO、NOS水平的影响.结果表明:增龄大鼠血清NO、NOS与青年对照组相比均显著升高.经过为期6周的跑台运动,中等强度运动组增龄大鼠血清NO、NOS水平显著下降;而强度过大或过小的运动训练则对其无显著性影响. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of running with different workload on serum NO and NOS of aging old rats. The rats of 18 months old were used as the subjects of the study and were rando mLy divided into 4 groups: high intensity exercis group, middle intensity exercise group, low intensity exercise group, old control group and 3 months old control group. The exercise group had their running training for 6 weeks. Effects of aging and running with different work load on serum NO, NOS were observed. The result indicated that the level of serum NO and NOS of aging old rats increased remarkably. Running with middle intensity workload remarkably decreased the level of serum NO and NOS in the aging old rats and running with workload of lower or higher effected little.
