基础化学实验教学示范中心的构建与人才培养模式的实践

Construction of Basic Chemical Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and Practice on Mode of Person with Ability

利用新的教学理念构建了高师院校化学实验教学体系,进行了创新实验内容、教学方式的改革,基于"宽基础、高素质、强能力、广适应、重创新"的培养理念,设计并完成了"统一规划、层次教学、分类实施、资源共享、开放教学"化学实验教学模式与体系的建设.通过实验中心的运作和人才培养模式的实践,全面提高了实验教学质量,起到了辐射示范作用.

System of basic chemical experiment teaching was built based on new teaching ideas and experiment content, and teaching mode was innovated. System construction and chemical experiment teaching mode of ＂uniform layout, level teaching, classification practice, share resource and opening teaching＂ were designed on the basis of cultivation idea of ＂broad basis, high quality, strong ability, extensive acclimatization and recognition innovation＂. The experiment teaching quality was boosted, performance of radialization and demonstration were elaborated through practice of talent cultivation mode and operation of experimental center.
