摘要
为了研究船舶柴油机在失火故障下各个参数的变化规律进行了某船用柴油机曲柄连杆机构的动力学仿真分析,并通过瞬时转速的试验测量验证了模型的准确性,在此基础上进一步针对柴油机各缸失火时的故障进行了模拟仿真分析,得到的柴油机各个参数在失火故障下表现出的规律,对后续利用ADAMS进行柴油机的故障模拟仿真计算具有重要意义。
In order to study the changes of parameters of marine diesel engines in ignition failure, a dynamic simulation analysis of the crank and link mechanism of a marine diesel engine for a ship is carried out. The accuracy of the model is validated by the simulation results of the instantaneous rotational speed. On the basis, further simulations are carried out for individual cylinder in ignition failure. The rules of the parameter changes that the simulation results reveal are of importance for follow-up diesel engine fault simulation calculation ADAMS.
