Study of Xiamen Port Development Strategy

厦门港在其不断发展的生产管理实践中需要具有创新理念的规划作为指导,分析了当前厦门港发展过程中存在的不和谐因素,并针对这些因素提出了厦门港在未来发展中值得研究的主要方面;指出应当从和谐与柔性这样两个新的角度考虑厦门港未来的发展规划,厦门港未来的战略发展目标是建成和谐而具有柔性化的第四代港口,该研究为厦门港制定长远的科学发展规划提供了新的视角和方向。

New and creative concepts are needed to instruct production and administration practices of Xiamen port. Unharmonious factors in Xiamen port development are analyzed, and on the basis of the analysis, the problems which need further study in future are proposed. It is suggested that planning Xiamen port should consider from the views of both harmoniousness and flexibility, the strategic goal of Xiamen port is to build a harmonious and flexible fourth generation port. This research provides a new vision for scientific planning of Xiamen port.
