心肌顿抑的实验研究及机制 被引量:5

摘要 心肌顿抑是短暂心肌缺血血流恢复后收缩功能延迟恢复的现象,多年来人们选择不同的实验动物及方法对其发生机制进行探讨。主要机制被认为与氧自由基、肌钙蛋白降解及钙稳态有关,近期的研究发现心肌顿抑时多种抗调亡、细胞保护、细胞因子的基因表达发生改变,从而保护心功能,减轻顿抑,这些将为治疗缺血性心脏病提供新的思路。
