基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制药物的研究 被引量：1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是引起冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的主要因素之一。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)可影响动脉硬化斑块的去稳定化,MMP-2和MMP-9降解斑块部位的纤维帽,促进平滑肌细胞从中层迁移到内膜,加重了血管的结构改变,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性的发生,使斑块易于破裂。本文对此进行简要阐述,并介绍了对MMP-2和MMP-9具有抑制作用的药物。
