摘要
[目的]观察多酶清洗剂对再生医疗器械的清洗质量。[方法]随机抽取同质污染的再生医疗器械600件,分成实验组和对照组,每组300件,实验组浸泡在鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗剂1:270溶液中5min,对照组浸泡在传统规定比例清洗剂溶液中30min,采用手工洗涤操作步骤进行刷洗并用蒸馏水冲净。[结果]实验组合格率为97%,对照组为80%,差异有统计学意义。[结论]多酶清洗剂用于再生医疗器械的清洗效果较好。
Objective. To observe the cleaning quality of multienzyme abluent for regenerated medical equipment, so as .to control the hospital infection. Methods: According to handcleaning method and operating procedure, 600 pieces of polluted medical equipment with the same material were collected randomly and divided into test and control group (300 pieces each). Medical equipments in test group had soaked in Luwofu whole - effective multienzyme abluent 1:270 solution for five minutes. Medical equipments in control group had soaked in traditional abluent solution with regulated proportion for 30 minutes. All equipments were scrubed and washed by adopting hand - scrubbing operation steps. Results: The valid rate of test group equipments was 97%, and 80% in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion. The cleaning effect of multienzyme abluent applied for regenerated medical equipments is remarkable.
