集中输液治疗时护士手部两种消毒方法效果比较

Comparison on effects of two hand sterilization methods of nurses during performing concentrated transfusion

[目的]选择一种有效、安全、快速的消毒剂,用于集中输液治疗时护士手部皮肤消毒。[方法]随机将入选的54名护士分为两组,每组27例,每位护士连续为10例病人进行静脉输液,分别用84消毒液和洁芙柔消毒凝胶擦手。于集中操作前、消毒后、操作后分别采样。[结果]两组消毒后与操作前菌落数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组消毒后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组操作后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]洁芙柔消毒凝胶杀菌力强、快速、抗菌效果持久,且具有护肤成分,是护士集中输液治疗时理想的手部消毒剂。

Objective： To find out an effective, safe and fast-acting disinfectant to be used for hands skin sterilization of nurses during concentrated transfusion. Methods： A total of selected 54 nurses were randomly divided into two groups （27 cases each）. Every nurse carried out intravenous transfusion for 10 patients continuously. They have scrubbed hands between two patients with ＂84＂ disinfectant or Jifro disinfectant gel respectively. Samples were collected from all nurses ＇ hands before the manipulation, before and after disinfection respectively for colony counting. Results： There was statistical significant difference in terms of colony counting between before manipulation and after sterilization in both group nurses （P〈0. 01）. There was no statistical significant difference in terms of colony counting after sterilization between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was statistical significant difference in terms of colony counting after sterilization between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Jifro disinfectant gel has strong and fast-acting bactericidal power and lasting antibacterial effect, and has component of skin protection. It is an ideal hands disinfectant for nurses as they carried out concentrated transfusion.
