叶绿素光分解反应动力学的分光光度法研究

摘要 本文用分光光度法测定了叶绿素在强光照射下分解反应的反应级数、反应速率常数和表观活化能。所得结果和微分脉冲极谱法测定结果吻合。同时对反应机理进行了初步探讨。 The kinetics of photolytic reaction of chlorophylls has been studied by spectrophotometric method. Some kinetic parameters and the possibilities of the path for the reaction have been measured and established. This reaction shows zero order, and the rate constant is 1.1×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)·h^(-1), while with the help of Arrhenius relation the activation energy were determined. In order to check the reliability of method, it was found that the experimental results of the reaction obtained by this methed are in good agreement with the results obtained by differential pulse polarograhic method.
